Snowless in Seattle
Sunday, December 21st, 2008Well at least it used to be.
It doesn’t really snow in Seattle. When it does several things happen. First, it’s usually a inch or so. Second, it’s typically gone by noon. Third, no one bothers to remove it—no equipment anyway. Nonetheless, the schools all shut down and the drivers can’t keep their cars on the road.
It’s been differently the last several years. Much more snow and the much colder weather keeps it around a while.
